摘要
研究不同因素对玻璃粉混凝土强度影响,并寻求最佳配合比,对实际工程应用具有显著意义。采用四因素三水平的正交试验法对玻璃粉混凝土的配合比进行试验设计,并运用直观法和灰色关联分析法探讨了水胶比、玻璃粉掺量、玻璃粉粒径和相调节剂掺入量对玻璃粉混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,直观分析法与灰色关联分析法存在差异性,同时包含一致性,其中,水灰比对玻璃粉混凝土抗压强度影响最大,玻璃粉掺量稍次,玻璃粉粒径与相调节剂掺入量影响不大。
Study on the strength of glass powder concrete based on various factor, and explore optimum mix, this studies have outstand- ing significant for practical engineering application.An orthogonal experimental design method involving four factors and three factor lev- els is adopted for the mix design of glass powder concrete, The law of strength influence of glass powder concrete and different experimen- tal factor,which includes water-binder ratio,replacement percentage of glass powder,particle size and replacement percentages of activa- tors based grey incidence analysis and directly perceive method.The result shows that there were significant diference, also contained con- sistency between the grey incidence analysis and directly perceive method.The water-binder ration has the maximum effect on the com- pressive strength of glass powder concrete, some effect on replacement percentages of glass powder, and particle size and replacement per- centages of activators has no effect in 28 d comprehensive strength of cementing materials.
