摘要
清水混凝土将结构与装饰功能合二为一,对混凝土工作性、外观质量和耐久性要求较高。以济南轨道交通R1号线工程应用为基础,对清水混凝土的选材、配合比、工作性、耐久性及外观质量进行研究。结果表明:制备的轨道交通清水混凝土拌合物流动性大、保水性好、压力泌水率小;56 d电通量最小为716 C,耐久性优异;水化热温度峰值仅为71℃,里表温差最大为18.8℃,满足大体积混凝土施工要求。
Fair-faced concrete, combined structure and decorative fimction organically, which has strict requirements on workability, ap- pearance quality and durability.In this paper, the fair-faced concrete was prepared based on the design requirements of rail transit in jinan. The results showed that rail transit fair-faced concrete prepared had high fluidity,good water retenion and low pressure bleeding rate;the minimum electric flux of fair-faced concrete was 716 C at the age of 56 days;the maximum hydration temperature was 71 ℃ and the maxi- mum temperature difference was 18.8 ℃, the results indicate that the fair-faced concrete can be applied into mass concrete construction.
