摘要
目的了解HSOPSC在我国的应用情况。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库的相关文献,筛选使用HSOPSC进行的研究,并呈现12个维度结果。结果共纳入20篇研究,18篇呈现了12个维度的正性回答率,11篇呈现了患者安全等级,10篇呈现了过去1年内上报不良事件数量,计算所有研究的总体率并与AHRQ 2014年测评结果报告进行比较,国内的优势领域和美国相当,但在对错误的非惩罚性反应、人员配置、不良事件报告频率、患者安全等级以及过去1年内上报不良事件数量等方面均较美国低。结论建议开发统一的中文版HSOPSC,建立医院患者安全文化调研测评数据上报系统和比较数据库。
ObjectiveTo investigate the status quo of using HSOPSC of AHRQ in China. MethodsLiterature on HSOPSC in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang and VIP database were retrieved and analyzed, and 12 dimensions results were provided. ResultsA total of 20 studies were included, of which 18 presented positive rate of 12 dimensions, 11 presented overall patient safety grade, and 10 presented number of adverse events reported in the last year. The overall rate of all studies was calculate and compared with AHRQ 2014 report, which showed that the areas of strength were almost the same with those in America. However, nonpunitive response to error, staffing, frequency of adverse events reported, patient safety grade and number of adverse events reported in the last year were lower than those in America. ConclusionIt’s advised to develop formal Chinese version of HSOPSC and establish the HSOPSC reporting system and comparing database.
