摘要
建立科室预住院患者安全管理小组，利用电子文书系统，对2015年-2016年科室350例办理预住院患者的信息进行收集、录入，对本组患者在预住院期间进行分阶段评估，即预住院评估、风险每日评估、入院后评估，并根据不同风险预警，结合患者评估结果，制定相应护理计划和安全措施。预住院期间，本组患者护理安全不良事件发生率为0。
A pre-hospital patient safety management team was established and the information collection and enrollment of 350 pre-hospitalized patients from 2015 to 2016 were conducted by using the electronic document system. The phased assessment was carried out, including pre-hospital risk assessment, daily assessment for risky patients and post-admission assessment. Based on risk assessment results, appropriate care plans and safety measures were developed. The incidence of adverse events was none during pre-hospitalization.
