摘要
精细化管理有助于品管圈活动选择主题，拟定对策，获得领导层的重视和支持；品管圈活动有助于增强员工精细化管理意识，提升执行力，有助于把握精细化管理的“度”，避免矫枉过正，有助于建立医院精细化管理长效机制。在此基础上，构建了医院精细化管理与品管圈联合应用的流程。
The refined management can help activities of quality control circle （QCC） select proper topic, propose targeted countermeasures and gain support from leaders; and QCC can help enhance staff’s recognition of refined management, prompt staff’s execution power, grasp management scale and establish a long-term mechanism of hospital management. Furthermore, the process of the joint application of hospital refined management and quality control circle was constructed.
