基层医院输血科感染管理危险因素分析及应对策略

Analysis of Risk Factors of Infection Management in Blood Transfusion Department of Primary Hospitals

指出输血科存在功能区域划分不合理，管理制度不健全，清洁消毒意识淡薄，感控知识培训不到位，标准防护意识薄弱，医疗废弃物处理不规范等医院感染管理危险因素。对此，从建立健全规章制度，加大感控知识培训力度，加强环境、废物、人员、实验室管理，落实院科两级定期考核与监测等4方面进行改进，未发生一例医院感染。

The risk factors of hospital infection management in the Blood Transfusion Department included unreasonable division of function area, unsound management system, weak awareness of cleaning and disinfection, inappropriate training of infection control knowledge, weak awareness of standard protection, and non--standard treatment of medical waste, etc. In this regard, improvement was made from four aspects, including the establishment of sound rules and regulations, strengthening training of infection control knowledge, strengthening the environment, waste, personnel, and laboratory management, implementation of assessment and monitoring of the two levels of hospital and department, which resulted in no hospital infection occurring.
