摘要
目的掌握江苏省疾病预防控制中心人力资源数量分布现状,为科学配置人力资源提供参考。方法对江苏省117家疾病预防控制中心在职人员情况进行摸底调查,对数据进行统计分析。结果在职人员密度分布低于国家核定标准,需加大编制倾斜,加强人才队伍建设;苏北地区人力资源数量相对不足,需引导专业人才向苏北流动;各级中心管理人员数量较少,应注重培养;在职人员学历偏低,高学历人员严重匮乏。 结论卫生人力资源可对疾病预防与控制产生较大影响,加强疾控中心人力资源配置并优化其结构可促进疾病预防控制质量持续提高。
ObjectiveTo investigate the present human resources distribution in Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and to provide reference for scientific allocation of human resources.MethodsThe in-service personnel from 117 CDCs in Jiangsu Province were investigated for statistical analysis.ResultsThe density distribution of in-service staff was lower than the national standard, which needed necessary strengthening of the construction of the personnel team. The quantity of human resources in northern Jiangsu was relatively insufficient, and the professionals were required to flow to the north of Jiangsu. Management staff was relatively small, which should be paid attention to their training. The education level of in-service staff was low, and highly educated personnel was scarce.ConclusionHealth human resources can have a great impact on disease prevention and control, and strengthening the CDC human resource allocation and optimizing its structure can promote the continuing improvement of the quality of disease prevention and control.
