摘要
为将电容成像技术纳入无损检测相关课程的实验,使学生通过实验对电容成像检测技术有直观深入的认识,基于虚拟仪器概念,借助计算机接口技术、信号通信、传感器等技术开发了一套实验平台。该平台以LabVIEW程序前面板为用户界面,控制机械扫描及数据采集与显示。对该实验平台的测试结果表明:该平台可以实现对不同试件的指定区域进行扫描检测,采集电容数据并存储。通过对数据的后处理可以获取反映试件缺陷信息的电容图像,实验结果准确直观,丰富了无损检测教学实验内容。
In order to include the capacitance imaging technology in the experimental frame of the nondestructive testing (NDT) related courses and enable the students to have the intuitive and in-depth understanding of capacitance imaging detection technology, a set of the experimental platform is developed on the basis of the concept of virtual instruments and with the aid of computer interface technology, signal communication, sensor technology, etc. The platform uses LabVIEW program front panel as the user interface to control the mechanical scanning, data acquisition and data display. The test results show that it can realize the scanning and detecting of different specimens of the designated area, collect and store capacitance data. By post-processing of the data, the capacitance image which reflects the defect information of the targeted specimen can be obtained. The experimental results are accurate and intuitive, enriching the NDT teaching experimental content.
