摘要 探讨虚拟仿真实践教学系统硬件设备和软件平台集成技术,以"学—练—测—试—评"培训过程为主线,借助控制、虚拟现实、多媒体、数据库和网络等技术,在管路无介质的条件下,实现各种工况的设定、生产过程仿真再现、生产事故模拟。操作具有真实操作手感,训练过程可控制、可记录、可评价。系统集多种教学和实训功能于一体,无需物料、没有产物和副产物、维修简单、节能、安全、环保,做到了生产现场与教室紧密结合,教、学、做同步展开。 The integrated technology about virtual simulation experimental teaching is introduced. The virtual simulation practical teaching system has a main line with learning, training, testing and evaluation. The productive process of petroleum industry is simulated based on control system, virtual reality, multimedia, database, network communication and so on. It is worth mentioning that the pipe is empty, but students can have the real operational feeling. The system provides the functions including teaching and practical training. All operations can be truly carried out without any consumption and waste. It has some advantages, such as easy maintenance, energy saving, safety and environmental protection. The production field and classroom are melt into the virtual simulation experimental teaching.
