Relying on experimental teaching demonstration center to construct platform of innovative talents cultivation

西北农林科技大学国家级园艺实验教学示范中心从强化学生创新意识、创新能力、实践技能以及综合素质的培养等方面优化了人才培养方案,提出了建设具有园艺专业特色的"多层次、渐进型、开放式"的实验教学体系,构建了集校内科研平台、教学实习基地、试验示范站和企业实践基地"四位一体"的实践教学平台,完善了管理体制和制度,保证了多元开放共享平台的高效运行和稳定的实验室队伍建设,搭建了网络管理平台,提高了运行效率,取得了显著的成效。

The national level experimental teaching demonstration center of horticulture has improved the students training program, from strengthening their innovative thanking ability training and practical skill to overall quality training. This paper proposes to set up the multi-level, step-by-step and open experimental teaching system with horticulture feature and practical teaching platform, integrating with research, practical teaching, demonstration and enterprise practice station. With the improvement of management system and stable technician team, the multi-purpose and open platform is running efficiently. The center has achieved remarkable achievements.
