The existing problems in the university management of laboratory chemicals under the traditional model are analyzed, the management system of laboratory chemicals at Nanjing University of Science and Technology is introduced in detail, the functions of chemicals procurement management, inventory management, waste management and data statistics management in this system are deeply analyzed, and the benefit of implementing this system is explained. All these have great significance for improving the management level of university laboratory chemicals.
