摘要
目的考察血滞通胶囊与阿托伐他汀联合用药对ApoE^(-/-)小鼠的调血脂作用。方法将125只6周龄雄性ApoE^(-/-)小鼠依据随机数字表法分为空白对照组、ApoE^(-/-)模型组、阿托伐他汀组、血滞通组、血滞通+阿托伐他汀组,每组25只。ApoE^(-/-)模型组和药物处理组小鼠均给予高脂饲料喂养,空白对照组小鼠给予普通饲料喂养。药物处理组小鼠每日灌胃给药,空白对照组和ApoE^(-/-)模型组小鼠则灌胃等体积的生理盐水。给药2、4、6、8、10周时分别测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果给药2、4、6、8、10周后,与空白对照组比较,ApoE^(-/-)模型组小鼠血清中TG、TC、LDL-C均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型组比较,血滞通组小鼠血清HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),TG、TC、LDL-C水平降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);与阿托伐他汀组比较,血滞通+阿托伐他汀组HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),TG、TC和LDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论血滞通胶囊具有调血脂作用,且血滞通与阿托伐他汀联合应用效果优于阿托伐他汀单用。
Objective To study the blood lipid regulation effects of Xuezhitong Capsules combined with Atorvastatin in ApoE4- mice. Methods One hundred and twenty-five male ApoE4- mice aged six weeks old were divided into control group, ApoE4- model group, Atorvastatin group, Xuezhitong grouP and Xuezhitong+Atorvastatin group by random number table method, with 25 mice in each group. The mice of ApoE4- model group and drug treatment groups were fed with high fat diet, while the mice of control group were fed with normal diet. The mice of drug treatment groups were given the corresponding drugs, the control group and ApoE 4- model group were given equivalent volume of normal saline. After drug administration for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks, the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyeeride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected. Results After drug administration for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks, compared with those of control group, the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in ApoE-/- model group were increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈: 0.01), the level of HDL-C was decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Compared with those of model group, the level of HDL-C in Xuezhitong group was increased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), and the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C were decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Compared with those of Atorvastatin group, the level of HDL-C in Xuezhitong+Atorvastatin group was increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), and the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C were decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion Xuezhitong can regulate the blood lipid effectively, and the combined effect of Xuezhitong and Atorvastatin is better than that of Atorvastatin alone.
