基于红外热像数据运用因子分析法的中医脏象学说研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用人体脏腑的红外热像定位定量测量数据探索中医脏象学说脏与脏、腑与腑、脏与腑之间的关联关系。方法 2009年3~11月应用红外热像技术对北京地区社区、部队和企事业单位450例健康志愿者(男女不限)的肺、心、肝、脾、肾五脏和胃、小肠、膀胱、大肠四腑的体表投影区的相对温度进行自动定位定量测量,运用因子分析法提取脏-脏公因子、腑-腑公因子和脏-腑公因子,并结合中医脏象学说加以解释。结果在脏-脏相关数据集中提取心肺公因子、肝脾公因子和肾因子,经性别、年龄分组后仍可提取以上因子,且累计贡献率均在84.0%以上;同理,在腑-腑相关数据集中提取膀胱大肠公因子和胃小肠公因子,各组累计贡献率在85.0%以上,在脏-腑相关数据集中提取心肺大肠膀胱公因子、肝脾胃公因子、肾小肠公因子,各组累计贡献率亦在75.0%以上。结论基于红外热像脏腑定位定量测量的脏-脏、腑-腑和脏-腑间存在较好的关联关系,且可应用中医脏象学说给予合理解释,这为深化中医脏象学说的研究和探寻中医脏象学说的客观依据提供了新的研究思路。 Qbjective To explore the relationship of zang-organs and zang-organs, fu-organs and fu-organs, zang-orguns and fu-organs by the measured positioning and quantitative data of infrared thermography of human viscera. Methods The relative temperatures of projection zones of body surface of lung, heart, liver, spleen, kidney five zangorgans and stomach, small intestine, bladder, large intestine four fu-organs in 450 cases of healthy volunteers (male or female) of community, troops, enterprise and public institution in Beijing area were taken automatic positioning and quantitative measurement by infrared thermography technology from March to November 2011. The zang-zang common factors, fu-fu common factors and zang-fu common factors were extracted by factor analytical method, and they were explained by combining with TCM theory of visceral manifestationsl Results The heart-lung common factors, liverspleen common factors and kidney factors were extracted in the related data set of zang-zang, the factors above could be still extracted after grouping by gender and age, and the accumulative contribution rates were all more than 84.0%; in the same way, the bladder-large intestine common factors and stomach-small intestine common factors could be extracted in the related data set of fu-fu, the accumulative contribution rate of each group was more than 85.0%; the heart-lung-large intestine-bladder common factors, liver-spleen-stomach common factors, kidney-small intestine common factors could be extracted in the related data set of zang-fu, the accumulative contribution rate of each group was also more than 75.0%. Conclusion The relationship of zang-organs and zang-organs, fu-organs and fu-orgags, zangorgans and fu-organs based on the positioning and quantitative measurement by infrared thermography has good rele- vance, and the TCM theory of visceral manifestations can give a reasonable explanation, which provides a new research idea for deepening the research of TCM theory of visceral manifestations and exploring the objective basis of TCM theory of visceral manifestations.
