以农村居民为例的京津冀地区人口异地就医结报现状与问题研究

The status quo and problem research of immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care at different locations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions illustrated by the case of rural residents

伴随着京津冀协同发展,该地区人口异地就医的需求日益提高。本研究以农村居民为例,通过分析京津冀地区农村居民的基本医保制度与异地就医结报现状,探讨当前影响该地区人口异地就医即时结报的统筹层次、信息标准、结报模式等问题,从而提出加快推进京津冀地区人口异地就医即时结报的系统化建议。

With the synergetic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions, the demand for ecdemic medical care is increasing. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care for rural residents in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions, this study discusses the main problems in restricting people from getting immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care in this region, such as pooling level, informatization and settlement model, thus puts forward systematic suggestions on improving the immediate settlement of medical treatment in different places.
