组建患者参与式质量控制小组对鼻咽癌放疗患者治疗依从性的影响及护理效果分析

Influence of patients participate quality control team on treatment compliance and nursing effection of patients with nasopharyngeal radiotherapy

目的分析组建患者参与式质量控制小组对鼻咽癌放疗患者治疗依从性的影响及护理效果。方法将2012年11月~2015年11月在四川大学华西医院接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组各38例。对照组患者接受临床鼻咽癌患者的常规护理干预,观察组组建患者参与式质量控制小组,对比两组患者的干预后治疗依从性、认知行为评分、毒副作用、护理满意度及患者生活质量评分等差异。结果干预前,两组患者的认知行为评分、毒副作用、护理满意度及患者生活质量评分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预6个月后,观察组依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认知行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组毒副作用总发生率、生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论组建患者参与式质量控制小组可以提升鼻咽癌患者对放疗的依从性,同时在优化护理满意度及生活质量方面也有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the influence of patients participate quality control team on treatment compliance and nursing effection of patients with nas0pharyngeal radiotherapy. Methods 76 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal radio- therapy in West China Hos^l~ital of Sichuan University from November 2012 to November 2015 were chosen as study object. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random data table, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care and those in the observation group were treated with participate quality control invention, patients＇ adherence, cognitive behavioral scores, toxicity, nursing satisfacction and life quality scores in the two groups were recorded. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of cognitive behavior toxicity, nursing satisfaction and quality of. life between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. 6 months after intervention, the compliant rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the cognitive behavioral scores in observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the total incidence of side effects and the quality of life scores in the observation group were lower than those in them control group （P 〈 0.05）, care satisfaction score was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients participate quality control team can improve compliance of patients With nasopharyngeal radiotherapy, nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
