摘要
回顾了国内外河道生态基流计算方法的发展历程并对比分析其异同,同时提出了国内河道生态基流的研究不足。开展了国内外河道生态基流计算方法的分类对比研究,讨论了不同类型计算方法的优缺点与适用条件,为不同计算方法的应用提供了依据。最后,构建了河道生态基流评估框架,分析了生态基流评估计算时的影响因素,提出了评估框架构建原则。通过构建生态基流决策支持系统提出了河道生态基流评估框架的分析流程。研究成果可为不同区域生态基流的确定提供技术支撑。
The development processes of the methods for calculation of river ecological base-flow at home and abroad are reviewed and then the differences and similarities among them are comparatively analyzed herein,while the deficiencies within the study made on the river base-flow in China is found out as well.Moreover,the classified and comparative study on the methods for calculation of river ecological base-flow at home and abroad is carried out,in which both the merits and defects and the applicable conditions of various calculation methods are discussed,thus the bases for the applications of different methods are provided.Finally,a framework for the assessment on the river ecological base-flow is established,and then the impacting factors during the calculation of it are analyzed and the principle for constructing the assessment framework is also put forward.Through the construction of the decision-making support system of the river ecological base-flow,the analysis process for the assessment framework of the river ecological base-flow is proposed as well.This study can provide the technical support for the determination of the ecological base-flow in various regions.
