中美护理硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的比较

Comparative study on master of nursing specialist programs between China and the United States

通过文献回顾法收集中美护理硕士专业学位研究生培养的相关资料,从培养定位、培养方向和课程设置3个方面对中美护理硕士专业学位培养情况进行比较分析,从而归纳出我国护理硕士专业学位教育的不足及制约因素,为我国护理硕士专业学位教育的发展提供借鉴和启示。

This paper collected education-related information of master of nursing specialist（MNS） in China and the United States through literature review. Three aspects ofMNS programs were compared between the two countries,which included program orientation,training direction and curriculums. We aimed to find the weaknesses and influencing factors of MNS program in China. The study can provide inspiration and reference for Chinese MNS educational program.
