1例颈椎骨折术后患者慢性伤口的治疗与护理

Treatment and nursing care of a patient with chronic wounds after cervical spine fracture operation

介绍1例颈椎骨折内固定术后患者慢性伤口的治疗与护理。通过对患者全身基本情况和伤口局部情况进行评估,遵医嘱予以敏感抗生素进行抗感染治疗,由伤口治疗师根据伤口情况选用新型功能性敷料进行处理,护理上注意对伤口进行正确评估,及时清除坏死组织,对创面暴露的骨组织予以保护。遵医嘱给予治疗与护理,患者慢性伤口得以痊愈。

This report introduced the experience of treatment and care of a patient with chronic wounds after cervical spine fracture operation. After systemic assessment of the health condition as well as the specific assessment of the wounds, we used sensitive antibiotics to control infection according to the prescription. The wound therapist chose newly functional dressings to help cure the wounds. In nursing,appropriate assessment of the wound was essential. Moreover,clear of the necrotic tissue and protection of the bone which was exposed were also important. Through careful treatment and care,patients with chronic wounds healed ultimately.
