摘要
目的调查护理本科生对区域校际学习共同体的认同态度与参与意愿,并分析影响参与意愿的因素。方法采用自设区域校际学习共同体认同态度和参与意愿问卷对北京市、天津市、河北省石家庄市的3所院校747名护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生对区域校际学习共同体的认同态度得分为(4.11±0.51)分,参与意愿得分为(2.25±0.71)分,多元线性回归分析显示,性别、民族、认同态度、学习成绩共解释护理本科生参与意愿总变异的27.3%。结论护理本科生对区域校际学习共同体的参与意愿有待提高,应密切围绕学生专业学习和职业发展组织区域校际学习共同体,并注意男性、少数民族、中等学习成绩护理本科生的参与意愿。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the undergraduate nursing students' attitude and willingness to participate the regional inter school learning community. Methods A total of 747 undergraduate nursing students of three colleges in Beijing city,Tianjin city and Hebei province were recruited to complete a self-designed questionnaire survey,in which the attitude and willingness were graded into five levels. Those with higher scores had better attitude and stronger willingness. Results The mean score of attitude was 4.11±0.51. The mean score of willingness to participate the learning community was 2.25±0.71. Multiple regression analysis showed that sex,nationality,attitude,academic achievement explained 27.3% of willingness to participate the regional inter school learn ing community. Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students' willingness to participate the regional inter school learning community should be improved. The learning community should focus on the professional nursing study and occupational development to improve the attitude,and pay more attention to male,minority and those with medium academic achievement.
