摘要
目的构建适用于养老护理员职业培训的课程体系。方法运用德尔菲法对专家进行2轮函询,建立养老护理员职业培训课程体系,并通过层次分析法确立各级指标的权重。结果养老护理员职业培训课程体系包括职业素养、照护相关知识、护理技能3个一级指标、8个二级指标和36个三级指标,各级指标的专家协调系数为0.21~0.57。结论构建的养老护理员职业培训课程体系各级指标专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家的积极性和权威性较高,能够为制订养老机构的培训课程提供参考。
Objective To establish curriculum system based on core competence for vocational training of caregivers in nursing homes. Methods Delphi was used to establish the curriculum system for vocational training based on caregiver' core competence,and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of all indicators of different levels. Results The curriculum system included 3 primary indicators named professional quality, knowledge and skill,8 secondary indicators and 36 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The present study established the curriculum system for vocational training of caregivers,and the system can be used in nursing homes.
