健康教育结合舒适护理对阑尾炎手术病人疼痛、负性情绪及身体恢复的影响

Influence of health education combined with comfortable care on pain,negative emotion and recovery of the patients with appendicitis operation

[目的]探讨健康教育结合舒适护理对阑尾炎手术病人疼痛、负性情绪及身体恢复的影响。[方法]选取行阑尾手术的病人84例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组病人采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施舒适护理联合健康教育,比较两组术后疼痛情况、护理满意度术后身体恢复情况。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑、自评量表(SAS)评估两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁情况。[结果]观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间及术后恢复时间均明显较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组满意度为97.62%,高于对照组(78.57%)(P<0.05);两组术后6hVAS评分未见显著性差异(P>0.05);术后6h^36h观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组病人SDS评分及SAS评分未见显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组SDS评分(41.53分±7.74分)较对照组(52.63分±9.53分)低(P<0.001);观察组SAS评分(42.43分±8.21分)较对照组(51.68分±10.53分)低(P<0.001)。[结论]健康教育联合舒适护理能显著改善病人术后疼痛状况,缩短住院时间,提高病人对护理工作的满意度。

Objective：To probe into the influence of health education combined with comfortable care on pain,negative emotion and recovery of the patients with appendicitis operation.Methods：A total of 84 cases of patients underwent appendectomy were selected as the research objects in our hospital from March 2015 to July2016,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,the patients in observation group were given the comfortable care and health education based on the routine nursing.The postoperative pain,nursing satisfaction and postoperative physical recovery were compared between both groups.Depression self-rating scale（SDS）and self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）were used to assess the anxiety and depression between both groups before and after intervention.Results：The postoperative recovery time of bowel sound,exhaust time,defecation time,hospitalization time and postoperative recovery time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in observation group（97.62%）was better than that in control group（78.57%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative 6hVAS between both groups（P0.05）.At 6 ~ 36 hafter operation,the VAS score of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SDS score and SAS score of patients between two groups（P0.05）;after the intervention,the SDS score of the observation group was（41.53＋7.74）compared with the control group（52.63＋9.53）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.001）;the SAS score in observation group was（42.43 ＋ 8.21）compared with that in control group（51.68 ＋ 10.53）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.001）.Conclusion：Health education combined with comfortable care can significantly improve the pain of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work.
