摘要
采用雌虫会阴花纹形态观察比较、EST同工酶图谱分析以及与mt DNA-PCR分子技术相结合的方法,将来自海巴戟的2个根结线虫种群万宁种群和定安种群鉴定为花生根结线虫,酯酶分别为A2、A1;通过盆栽接种测定了这2个根结线虫种群对32种农作物的致病性。试验结果表明,定安种群的致病性比万宁种群强,且寄主范围比万宁种群广。
2 populations of root-knot nematode collected on Morinda officinalis were identified to be Meloidogyne arenaria,with Waning population as type A2 and Ding'an population as type A1 of esterase, by using morphological characteristics,isoenzyme technology and mt DNA-PCR. Pathogenicity of 2 root-knot nematodes populations against 32 kinds of crop were determined by potted inoculation methods. The results showed that pathogenicity of Ding′an population was stronger than that of Wanning population, and host range of Ding′an population was wider than that of Wanning population.
