我国房水流出通路重建术专家共识（2017年） 被引量：4

摘要 目前,小梁切除术仍然是最主要的抗青光眼手术方式之一.然而,该手术存在滤过泡下垂、薄壁滤过泡、滤过泡炎、眼内炎等诸多并发症,且造成了永久性的眼表改变,因此寻找非滤过泡依赖的抗青光眼手术一直是临床关注的热点.黏小管成形术通过疏通房水的生理通道,可达到降低眼压的目的.由于该手术彻底杜绝了滤过泡相关并发症,且具有良好的降眼压效果,故该术式已成为开角型青光眼的重要手术方式之一[1].
