摘要
采用FLUENT对内置电缆连续油管内原油流动状态进行了数值模拟,分析了电缆弯曲度和弯曲段长度对油管内流体的作用规律。研究结果表明,流量一定时,随着弯曲度增加,井段内宽、窄间隙处流体的速度差增大,而沿程压降随弯曲度的增大而减小;弯曲度一定时,井筒长度对流体在偏心环形空间中流动速度的影响很小,沿程压降随井筒长度呈线性增加。
The crude oil flowing in coiled tubing with internal cable was simulated using FLUENT,and the effects of the curvature and curved section length of the cable on the flow of the fluid in coiled tubing were analyzed. Research results show that when the flow rate is constant,the flow velocity difference between wide gap and narrow gap is increased while the pressure drop along the flow path is decreased with the increase of the curvature; when the curvature is constant,the length of curved section has little effect on the flow velocity,and the pressure drop along the flow path is almost proportional to the length of curved section.
