摘要
致密油气藏压裂对压裂液的需求从常规的交联冻胶向低黏液体和滑溜水压裂液体系转变。从分子设计入手,合成了新型耐盐减阻剂,研发了用于致密油气储层压裂改造的新型耐盐低伤害滑溜水压裂液体系。根据标准SY/T 5107-2005对该体系进行评价,结果表明该体系具有较好的耐盐、耐温、耐剪切性能,良好的黏弹性,持续的减阻稳定性,可回收再配液。油田现场试验表明,新型压裂液体系能够适应在线连续混配,施工效果明显。
The fracturing fluid for the fracturing of tight reservoirs is required to change from conventional crosslinked gel fracturing fluid to low viscosity fluid or slippery water fracturing fluid system. Starting from molecular design,a new anti-salt drag reducing agent was synthesized,and a new anti-salt drag reducing slippery water fracturing fluid system with low reservoir damage for tight reservoirs was developed. The slippery water fracturing fluid system was evaluated according to SY/T 5107-2005,and it is shown that the system has good salt resistance,temperature resistance,shearing resistance,viscoelasticity,drag reducing stability and retrievability. The field tests showed that the new fracturing fluid system can adapt to continuous compounding,the effect of fracturing construction is obvious.
