摘要
以TC4钛合金为例,根据航空航天工业部发布的钛合金β相转变温度的测试标准,对比分析了金相法和差示扫描量热法测试钛合金β相转变温度结果的一致性及两种方法的优缺点。结果表明:两种方法得到的两组TC4钛合金β相转变温度的差值仅为7℃和1℃。可见两种方法测试TC4钛合金β相转变温度的结果较为一致,都可作为日常测试钛合金β相转变温度的方法。
Taking the TC4 titanium alloy as an example, according to the testing standards of β phase transition temperature of titanium alloy released by the Ministry of Aerospace Industry, the results consistency of β phase transition temperature of titanium alloy measured by metallographic method and differential scanning calorimetry method was analyzed as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods. The results show that: the difference values of β phase transition temperature of two groups of TC4 titanium alloy measured by these two methods were only 7 ℃ and 1 ℃. The results of β phase transition temperature of TCA titanium alloy measured by these two methods were in good agreement, and both of the two methods could be used as the common testing method for β phase transition temperature of titanium alloy.
