摘要
借助反复弯曲试验机,测试了铜镁合金接触线反复弯曲寿命,分析了夹紧力和夹具型式对接触线反复弯曲寿命试验结果的影响。结果表明:在反复弯曲试验过程中,夹紧力对接触线反复弯曲寿命的影响明显,接触线反复弯曲寿命随夹紧力的增大先增加后稳定;而夹具型式对接触线反复弯曲寿命的影响较小,与光面夹具相比,带槽夹具能更好地保证试验结果的稳定性和可靠性。
The repeated bending life of Cu-Mg alloy contact wires was investigated by the repeated bending tester,and the effect of the clamping force and fixture block type on the testing results of repeated bending life of contract wires was analyzed.The results show that:during repeated bending life tests,the clamping force had obvious influence on the repeated bending life of contact wires,and the bending life of contact wires increased and then inclined to stable value with the increase of clamping force;the type of fixture blocks had the inconspicuous influence on the repeated bending life;compared with smooth fixture blocks,experimental data detected by the bending tester were more stable and reliable when contact wires were clamped by groove fixture blocks.
