摘要
由于钛合金高温弹性模量的测试比较困难,一般设计和使用中多以经验和理论值作为依据,缺乏实际测试依据。对此,通过分析材料的弹性模量和蠕变试验特点,提出利用蠕变试验机测试钛合金高温弹性模量的试验方法,并通过BT25和TC4两种钛合金棒材在不同温度和应力下的蠕变试验测试其高温弹性模量。结果表明:利用蠕变试验机测得的钛合金高温弹性模量数据集中,且相比通过拉伸试验机测得的结果精度更高。
Due to the difficulty in measuring the elastic modulus of titanium alloy at high temperature,it is usually based on empirical and theoretical values in the design and application.Based on the analysis of the elastic modulus and creep test characteristics of materials,a test method for measuring the high-temperature elastic modulus of titanium alloys by the creep testing machine was put forward.Through creep test data of two kinds of BT25 and TC4titanium alloys under different temperature and stress,the high-temperature elastic modulus was obtained.The results show that:the data of high-temperature elastic modulus of titanium alloys obtained by the creep testing machine were concentrated,and the precision was better compared with those of the results obtained by tensile testing machines.
