摘要
为揭示电饭煲内胆不粘喷涂工艺参数影响涂层质量的规律,以内胆转速、喷枪与工件的距离、喷涂方向与喷涂表面的角度、喷涂气压和喷涂流量为喷涂参数,采用正交试验的实验方法和显著性分析,得出合格的喷涂工艺参数组合,以及各单一因素对各喷涂效果指标的显著性。研究结果表明:内胆转速1.7~1.8 rps、喷枪与喷涂表面的距离20~25 cm、喷涂方向与喷涂表面的角度45~60°、喷涂气压0.46 MPa、喷涂流量1.5~2圈时,电饭煲内胆的喷涂工艺质量合格;流量是涂层颜色和喷幅的决定因素;涂层均匀性可能主要受气压与流量的组合影响;距离对涂层流挂的影响较大;各因素对涂层橘皮的影响均不显著。研究结果可为电饭煲内胆不粘喷涂的实际生产工艺参数选择提供指导。
To reveal the inner tank non-stick coating process parameters' affect on the quality of coating, tak- ing speed, spray gun with inner tank and the distance of the work piece, spraying direction and spray angle and spray pressure and spray on the surface of the flow for the spraying parameters, the orthogonal experiment method and significant analysis are adopted. It is concluded that qualified spraying process parameters combination and the single factor on the targets of the spraying effect significantly. The results show that the tank speed 1.7-1.8 rps, spray gun and spraying distance on the surface of the 20-25 cm, spraying direction and angle on the surface of the spraying is 45-60 o , spray air pressure is 0.46 MPa, spraying flow rate 1.5-2 laps, spraying technology of the inner tank quality are up to standard. Traffic is a major determinant of coating color and spray painting; coating uniformity may mainly be affected by a combination of pressure and flux; the influence of distance on coating sagging; the influence of vari- ous factors on the coating orange peel are not significant. The research results can be used as the actual production of the inner tank of rice cooker non-stick coating process parameter selection guide.
