摘要
铁路设计企业专业多,文件流转频繁,设计过程复杂。为了将质量管理工作落实到协同设计管理系统中,以提高设计成果质量和设计工作效率。结合近年来铁路工程设计的实际情况,在总结工程设计过程管理控制与质量控制经验的基础上,结合企业协同设计管理系统建设经验,提出通过信息化手段加强设计质量管理、提高设计产品质量的思路和措施。符合本文思路的软件成果已投入实际工程项目进行试运行。经过验证,在项目生产计划编制合理的前提下,系统能够支撑生产计划的顺利推进,能够记录生产过程中产生的质量管理数据,缩短设计成果审核周期,实现了通过信息化手段,加强设计过程管理,提高设计成果质量的目的。
The railway design enterprises are characteristic of multi-professions, frequent document flow and complicated designing process. In order to implement quality management in the collaborative design management system for higher design quality and efficiency, this paper puts forward the concepts and measures to improve the management of design quality and the quality of product on the basis of quality control experiences in engineering design process and informatization and the practices of railway engineering design in recent years. The software conforming to the concepts of this paper is put into test run in real engineering project and the verification of the software indicates that the system, under the premise of reasonable production program, can advance the production plan smoothly, take down the quality management data during the production process, shorten the reviewing time of design results, so that both the management of the design process and the quality of design are improved by informatization.
