肠道通透性的改变在人类健康和疾病中发挥着重要作用，其与疾病的关系也受到广泛关注。本文综述了肠道通透性与疾病的关系、肠道通透性的主要影响因素及常见的肠道通透性检测方法，为临床相关疾病的治疗提供新的思路。
