老年糖尿病合并冠心病中医证型与HCY、血管硬化相关研究

Study on Correlation Between Syndrome Type of TCM and HCY and Vascular Sclerosis in Elderly Diabetes with Coronary Heart Disease

[主要目的]分析老年糖尿病合并冠心病中医证型与HCY、血管硬化相关性。[资料来源]选取抚顺市中医院2014年7月至2015年7月干诊病房住院老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者。[选择文献量及依据]病例采集和临床调查记录表,所有入选病例均为完成HCY及血管硬化程度检查的住院患者,检查前完成中医症状采集并辨证分型,检查后48h完成其他有关资料搜集(HCY均为空腹静脉血数值),及时完成调查表。[数据提炼规则及应用方法]SPSS15.0统计软件,计量资料(HCY数值)方差分析;计数资料(颈部血管硬化程度分级患者数)秩和检验等。[数据综合得出结果与结论]痰瘀互阻、寒凝血瘀与肾阳虚衰有明显差异(P<0.01),痰瘀互阻与寒凝血瘀比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。HCY、血管硬化均可能是T2DM合并CHD中医证型形成的物质基础。[未来展望]进一步进行大样本、多中心、多方向临床试验研究。

[Objective] To analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease and HCY and arteriosclerosis in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. [Source] Selected Fushun City Hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 in the ward of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in patients with coronary heart disease. [Select the amount of literature and basis] （HCY） and arteriosclerosis degree were examined. All the cases were collected and classified according to the TCM symptoms before the examination. All other related data were collected at 48 hours after the examination （HCY were all fasting venous blood Numerical）, timely completion of the questionnaire. [Data extraction rules and application methods] SPSS15.0 statistical software, measurement data （HCY values） analysis of variance; count data （neck vascular sclerosis grading number of patients） rank sum test. [Conclusion and conclusion] The difference of phlegm-blood stasis and blood-stagnation of blood-stasis and cold-blood stasis has obvious difference （P〈0.01）. There is no significant difference between phlegm- blood stasis and cold-blood stasis （P〉0.05）. HCY, vascular sclerosis may be T2DM with CHD TCM-based material formation. [Future] Further large sample, multi-center, multi-directional clinical trials.
