辨证分型联合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Parallel Control Study on Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease with Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Western Medicine

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按抽签方法简单随机分两组;常规吸氧补充氧容量。对照组45例单硝酸异山梨酯,20mg^40mg/次,1次/d;阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀钙,20mg/次,1次/d;美托洛尔,6.25mg^25mg/次,2次/d;心绞痛发作时舌下含服硝酸甘油。治疗组45例辨证分型治疗,以黄酒作为药引,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、LVEF、心功能评级、LVEDD、心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作频率、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]LVEF、心功能评级、LVEDD、心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作频率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Treatment group 45 cases of syndrome differentiation, with rice wine as a drug cited, l/d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. The clinical symptoms, LVEF, cardiac function, LVEDD, duration of angina pectoris, frequency of angina pectoris, adverse reaction were observed. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] LVEF, LVEDD, duration of angina pectoris, angina pectoris attack frequency were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Syndrome type combined with western medicine coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease, the effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
