摘要
文章讨论了不同的碳源、氮源、无机盐组成的培养基对沼泽红假单胞菌B.9菌株色素组成、相对含量、存在状态的影响.结果表明,碳源、氮源、无机盐均能引起光合细菌B.9菌株类胡萝卜素的合成、积累及其组成的变化,其中,碳源和氮源的影响更大.
It was studied that influences on the Variat ion of formation, the comparative content and existence state of pigments of RP. Palustris strain B. 9cultivated in culture medium included different carbon source, nitrogen source and compositions of inorganic salt. Results indicated that different culture medium caused different variation of synthesis of carotene, accumulation and comparat ive content, which carbon source and nitrogen source caused changes more obviously.
