降脂散治疗高脂血症随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia with Jiangzhi Powder(降脂散)

[目的]观察降脂散治疗高脂血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组30例阿托伐他汀钙20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组30例降脂散(生山楂100g,生大黄60g,绞股蓝100g,陈皮100g),研磨为散,6g/次,早晚各1次,水冲服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液生化指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效14例,有效13例,无效3例,恶化0例,总有效率90.00%;对照组显效10例,有效11例,无效8例,恶化1例,总有效率70.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]降脂散治疗高脂血症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi powder in treating hyperlipidemia. [Method] Selecting 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 30 cases. The control group received Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets 20 mg every time, once a day.The treatment group was given the Jiangzhi powder（born Hawthorn 100 g, rhubarb 60 g, 100 g of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, dried tangerine peel 100g）, On the ground into powder, 6g each time, morning and evening services with water. 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood biochemical indicators, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment, determine efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 14 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, 0 cases were worse, the total effective rate was 90%. In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, 1 cases were worse, the total effective rate was 70%. The differences of curative effect between the two comparisons（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Jiangzhi powder in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
