养阴活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压随机平行对照研究

Yangyin Huoxue Decoction(养阴活血汤) combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus combined with Hypertension Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察养阴活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例二甲双胍,0.25g/次,2次/d,≤2g/d,餐中服用,严密监测血糖,防止低血糖反应;硝苯地平。治疗组40例养阴活血汤:白花蛇舌草25g,郁金15g,太子参、沙参、玄参、丹参各12g,桃仁、红花各7.5g,田七、牛膝各7.5g,香附、白芍、黄芪各10g,水煎250m L,1次/d,饭前30min口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、收缩压、舒张压、不良反应。治疗1疗程(30d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组显效15例,有效16例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。空腹血糖治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05);餐后2h血糖、收缩压、舒张压两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]养阴活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病合并高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Yangyin Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. [Methods] 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method. The control group of 40 patients with metformin, 0.25 g/times, 2 times/d, less than 2 g/d, meal taking, monitor blood sugar, preventing hypoglycemia; nifedipine. The treatment group of 40 cases of Yangyin Huoxue decoction： Baihuasheshecao, 25 g, Yujin, 15 g, Taizishen, Xuanshen, Danshen, each 12 g, Taoren, Honghua each 7.5g, Tianqi, Niuxi each 7.5g, Xiangfu, Baishao, Huangqin, each 10 g, decoction 250 m L, 1/d, 30 min before oral western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 30 d. Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment（30d）, determine the efficacy. [Result] 23 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95%; the control group was 15 cases, 16 cases were effective, 9 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.50%. The treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Fasting blood glucose treatment group was significantly improved（P〈0.01）, the control group had no significant change（P〈0.05）; postprandial 2h blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were improved（P〈0.01）, the treatment group improved better than the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine for treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
