双根解毒合剂联合复合辅酶治疗麻疹随机平行对照研究

Shuanggen Jiedu Heji(双根解毒合剂) combined with Coenzyme Complex Teatment of Measles Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察双根解毒合剂联合复合辅酶治疗麻疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将330例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组194例穿心莲内酯10m L+5%葡萄糖250m L,1次/d,静点;复合辅酶0.2mg+5%葡萄糖250m L,1次/d,静点。治疗组136例双根解毒合剂(板蓝根20g,山豆根10g,虎杖20g,鱼腥草30g,贯众15g),高热不退重用石膏,加栀子10g;咳嗽痰多,喉间痰鸣加葶苈子10g;皮疹呈现紫红色且密集成片加紫草20g;无法疹出加升麻10g;便秘加大黄8g;1剂/d,水煎服300m L,3次/d,口服;复合辅酶治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、口腔黏膜斑消退时间、皮疹消退时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程(7d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈74例,有效50例,无效12例,总有效率91.17%;对照组痊愈84例,有效67例,无效43例,总有效率77.83%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。麻疹消退时间、口腔黏膜斑消退时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]双根解毒合剂联合复合辅酶治疗麻疹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of double root detoxification mixture combined with coenzyme. [Method] 330 cases of inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number of the disease. The control group of 194 cases of andrographolide 10 m L＋5% glucose 250 m L, 1 time/d, intravenous; compound coenzyme 0.2mg＋5% glucose 250 m L, 1time/d, intravenous. The treatment group of 136 cases of Shuanggen Jiedu Heji（Banlangen20g, Shandougen10 g, Huzhang20 g, Yuxingcao30 g, Guanzhong15g）, high fever ad Shigao, Zhizi10g; reuse gypsum, cough phlegm, throat phlegm and Tinglizi 10g; purple rash and dense chip with Zicao 20g; rash can increase Shengma 10g; constipation and rhubarb 8g; 1 agent/d, decoction 300 m L, 3 times/d, oral coenzyme complex treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 7d. The clinical symptoms, the time of extinction of oral mucosa, the time of skin rash, adverse reaction. 1 treatment courses（7d）, to determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 74 cases were cured, effective in 50 cases, ineffective in all cases, the total effective rate was 91.17%, the control group was cured in 84 cases, effective in 67 cases, ineffective in 43 cases, the total effective rate was 77.83%, the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.01）. The regression time of measles and the time of oral mucosal plaque regression were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The curative effect of combined therapy of double root detoxification mixture combined with coenzyme was satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
