“都说在工作上女性不如男性能拼、敢拼,但我觉得女性有女性的优势,比如更为认真,是完美主义者,精益求精。就我而言,在铁路工作这么多年,还真没把自己当成是女同志,像个女汉子。”济南铁路局青岛站副站长兼青岛北站站长刘青在接受采访时笑着表示,虽然自己看上去有些娇小,但工作上却“巾帼不让须眉”,男同志能干的工作自己都能干,体力方面基本不成问题。比如扫雪,自己挽起裤脚来就能上,带领大伙一块儿干。

'It is said that women are not as hard-working and brave as men at work,while I think women also have their strengths such as earnestness,pursuit for perfection and excellence.As for me,I have been working in railway station for years and have never seen myself as a fragile girl but more as a tough woman,' said Liu Qing,vice director of Jinan Railway Bureau Qingdao Station and director of Qingdao North Station at the interview.She said with a smile that although she looks a little frail,she is not outdone by men at work.She can do the same work as men do and basically has no difficulties in physical strength.For example,when sweeping snow,she can roll up her trousers and lead everyone to work together.Liu Qing said even though she is a director now,she's still very close to everyone and enjoys working together with them on the front line,which can not only help her learn about the real situation,but also promote everyone's enthusiasm for work and encourage them to work hard together.
