海水利用工程装备标准化工作探析

Research on the Standardization Work of Seawater-utilized Engineering Equipment

大力发展海水利用技术是缓解水资源短缺的必然之选,也是一种战略手段。本文在分析现有海水利用工程装备标准现状的基础上,提出未来该领域应重点抓好标准体系建设、管理标准、强制性标准以及国际标准研制等重点工作,并提出工作建议。

The development of seawater-utilized technology is an inevitable choice and strategic measure to cope with the shortage of water resources. The paper analyses the current situation of standards in seawater-utilized engineering equipment. Besides, it proposes the work focus, including establishment of standard system, development of administrative standards, mandatory standards and ISO standards, with some constructive suggestions.
