18 key questions often asked in the EASE training classes are summarized, including software installation, model construction, mappings, calculation accuracy and auralization. Aimming at those who have known EASE and have used it to do acoustical designs, this article is tried to help them understand correctly EASE and find the answer to some questions which may obsess them for a long time.
