摘要
以中心含圆柱轴球壳为对象,分析了中心圆柱轴对壳体赤道焊缝射线检测的影响。经工艺分析、试验验证,说明采用合理的检测工艺,可消除由中心圆柱轴生成的非相关影像对焊缝检测结果的干扰,实现整体赤道焊缝的质量检测。
The paper studies and analyses the effects of the center cylindrical shaft on the radiographic testing of shell equatorial weld. Following process analysis and experiment verification, a conclusion has been drawn that a reasonable testing process could eliminate non--correlation images caused by the center cylindrical shaft to interfere with the testing consequence, and to realize quality testing of the whole equatorial weld.
