安放式角接接头焊缝超声波检测用试块的选择

The Choice of the Reference Block of the Ultrasonic Examination of the Setting on Branch Connections

针对安放式角接接头焊缝的超声波检测要求,制作了两种不同形式的参考试块(不带焊缝的校准试块和带焊缝的模拟试块),利用几种探头对其进行了灵敏度对比试验,比较了这两种试块的灵敏度差异,为该类焊缝超声波试块的选择及检测工艺的制定提供参考。

According to Ultrasonic examination of the setting on branch connections, we made two kinds of reference blocks （one is calibration block without welding, the other one is a nozzle simulated block with welding） were made. Compared to the calibration sensitivity on the two kinds of the blocks by different probes, this test offers some reference for the choice of the calibration blocks and making the examination procedure for the ultrasonic test of this kind of welding.
