摘要
采用超声波声速和幅度谱峰值作为特征参量,对致密度在93.84%~94.63%范围内的5种灭弧喷口进行定量表征。结果表明,声速和幅度谱峰值均随灭弧喷口致密度的增大而增大,两者与灭弧喷口致密度变化趋势具有非常好的一致性。证明了灭弧喷口致密度超声检测的可行性,为喷口质量控制提供了一种切实可行的技术手段。
The arc extinguishing nozzle density of five kinds of nozzle samples ranging in 93.84% -94.63% was quantitatively characterized with two parameters of ultrasonic velocity and amplitude spectral peak. The results indicate that the velocity and amplitude spectral peak increase with the nozzle density, the changing trend of the two indicators has good consistency with the density. This study demonstrates the feasibility of using ultrasonic testing technique to detect the density of nozzle, and also provides a practical quality control method for nozzle.
