介绍了超声相控阵检测技术的应用背景、检测原理和技术特点,总结了小径钢管(25mm≤≤89mm)相控阵超声检测的主要方法和工艺流程,应用工程实例说明该技术检出缺陷效果较好,以为其在电力工程中的推广应用提供参考与借鉴。
This article introduces the application background, test principles and technical characteristics of phased-array ultrasonic testing. Meanwhile, it summarizes the major methods and technical process of this kind of testing for small-bore steel tubes (25 mm≤φ89≤mm), presenting some practical cases of defect-inspection. This article can also be used as a reference of successful application and promotion of phased-array ultrasonic testing for power plant project.
