摘要
低碳背景下,低碳发展是物流业平稳健康发展的必经之路。基于前人的研究,采用主成分分析法,创建了物流业低碳发展水平的综合评价模型,在模型中,三个主成分按权重由大到小分别是物流业能源结构与产业效率、物流业能源效率和森林碳汇能力。根据该综合评价模型,得出山东省物流业低碳发展水平相较于其它省区处于中等偏上水平,还有待进一步提高,建议山东省政府通过采取如下措施提高物流业低碳发展水平:借助低碳科技建立低碳能源系统,改善物流业能源结构,提高能源效率;提高碳汇能力,间接提高山东省物流业低碳水平。
Under the background of low carbon,low-carbon development is the necessary way to develop the logistics industry smoothly and healthily. Based on previous studies and the principal component analysis,a comprehensive evaluation model of the low-carbon logistics industry is constructed,in which the three principal components include the logistics industry's energy structure and industrial efficiency,energy efficiency of logistics industry and forest carbon sequestration capability. According to the comprehensive evaluation model,it can be inferred that compared to other provinces,the development level of low-carbon logistics industry in Shandong province situates in the medium level,which needs to be improved further. The following measures are recommended for Shandong provincial government to improve the level of low-carbon logistics industry development: establish low carbon energy system with the help of the low carbon technology,improve the energy structure of the logistics industry and heighten the energy efficiency; enhance carbon sequestration capability and increase the low-carbon level of logistics industry in Shandong province indirectly.
