摘要
文章针对在雨雪、雷电、大风恶劣天气情况下探空前的准备、探空气球施放时机的把握、近距离雷达成功跟踪的技巧、以及特殊情况的处理进行了详细探讨,提出合理、实用的应对措施,对特殊天气情况下的特殊记录提出了正确的处理方法。
Based on the bad weather such as the rain and sown, lightning and thunder, the gale, this paper analyzes and discusses the following aspects in detail that are preparation before sending the balloon into the air,choosing the right time,successful tracking skills by the radar at short range and the special situations treatment. The reasonable and practical measures are put forward. The correct processing methods for special records under the special weather situation are proposed.
