摘要
文章针对阜阳国家地面基本气象站的局站分离模式,介绍了其运行的可行性、平台及场地搭建和调整方案、运行可靠性保证的方法和手段,思考了运行所带来的问题,特别是提出了在这种运行模式下冬季观测问题的解决方法。
This paper introduces the working model of station separation of the national ground basic meteorological station in Fuyang,and gives out its running feasibility,the construction and adjustment scheme of the platform and the field as well as the methods and means of reliability guarantee.The problems brought by the operation have been thought through,especially the methods to solve problems in winter observation under this working model.
