论我国社会转型期的三重特性

On the Three Characteristics of the Social Transformation Period in China

为精准服务于社会问题的有效解决,更好地实现国家治理现代化,从宏观方面入手提出了我国社会转型期所具有的长期性、失衡性和复杂性三重特性。从时间上看,社会转型是一项庞大而系统的工程,需要经过长期实践的考验并不断完善和发展。从利益上看,社会转型期内各阶级阶层、城乡、地区、行业、干群间在利益上都呈现出明显的失衡性。从形势上看,无论是内容的多样还是社会所处国际形势的严峻,都使社会转型期变得复杂化。

In order to effectively solve the problems of the society, and to realize the modernization of national governance, the author puts forward three characteristics of the long-term, unbalanced and complex nature of social transformation in China. From the perspective of time, social transformation is a huge and systematic project, which needs to be tested and perfected and developed through long term practice. From the perspective of the interest, in social transformation period, obvious imbalance exists for each class, urban and rural areas, regions, trade, cadres and mass from point of view of interests. From the perspective of the situation, whether the content of society is diverse or the international situation is grim, all lead to that the social transformation period becomes more complicated.
