新建本科院校的发展是高等教育改革发展的产物,较之过去其培养层次、培养方式、培养目标、管理模式都将随之发生相应变化。从"破"和"立"两个视角指出了具体在学生管理工作中直接影响人才培养质量的诸多突出问题,重点从转变育人理念、加强学风建设、学生活动与教学科研联动发展3个方面提出了学生管理工作的突破方向与创新思路。

The development of new undergraduate colleges is a product of the reform and development of higher education, compared with the past the levels of training, training methods, training objectives, management mode will be changed. From two aspects of ＂break＂ and ＂establishment＂, the paper points out the concrete issues in student management, which directly influences the quality of talents training and puts forward the breakthrough direction for student management and innovation from changing education ideas and strengthening the construction of study style,, student activities and the joint development of three aspects of teaching and scientific research.
