罗尔斯《正义论》与浙江省随迁子女教育政策之精神

John Rawls's Theory of Justice and Philosophy Embodied in the Education Policy for the Trailing Children in Zhejiang Province

在对罗尔斯《正义论》中的基本定义、理论基础、核心思想以及局限性及其后续研究进行概要分析后,其思想适用于我国制定相关教育政策的价值判断。同时分析了浙江省随迁子女教育政策中的"正义论"精神,认为随迁子女义务教育政策上体现了"平等原则"、随迁子女异地升学政策上体现的"差别原则",并提出了针对下一步教育政策的"正义"改进。

After an analysis of the definition, theoretical foundation, essence, limitation and following study, its philosophy is feasible to be applied in the policy making in China. Meanwhile the justice is analyzed in the education policy for the trailing children in Zhejiang province and the paper argues the policy reflects equality in the compulsory education stage and discrepancy in education in different cities. The paper also put forward the measures to uplift the justice in education policy.
